About This Product
The Messermeister Four Seasons 18cm Kullenschliff Santoku, also known as a Japanese Chefs Knife, has a wide blade with an overall thinner spine and taper than a French or German style Chefs Knife. The thin taper (or blade thickness) is lengthened to give it maximum precision when slicing. The alternating kullenschliffs (or hollows) on each side of the knife reduce drag and prevent items from sticking to the blade. It is versatile like a Chefs Knife and cuts vegetables, fish and meat.
Built for commercial application, Four Seasons knives are die-cut from a single billet of fine German stainless steel alloy and are easy to resharpen.
