The Messermeister Four Seasons 20cm Scalloped Bread Knife has a scalloped edge with a gentle camber. The scalloped edge is ideal for cutting into the crust of bread, allowing a smooth slicing action without exerting pressure that can compress the slice. It is also used to slice through soft-skinned fruits and vegetables.
Built for commercial application, Four Seasons knives are die-cut from a single billet of fine German stainless steel alloy and are easy to resharpen.
